Suitable for those who are 1-2 years into their business. A deep dive into your financial plans, stock, sales and product margins. Your ambitions and goals for the business and we make a plan to acheive the them.

Retail Marketing Planning

Seasonal planning, key events, sales drivers, how to plan and launch new ranges, market drivers and promotions to drive sales. By the end of this session you will have a Retail marketing plan for the season.

Pitching to Retailers

Get yourself and your business ready and confident to pitch to retailers. What you need to know, how prepare your offer and how to pitch to a a retail buyer. 

WhAT DOES THE one month package LOOK LIKE?

We will kick off with a deep dive questionnaire so I can establish your exact needs, then we have a discovery call where I will most likely be asking for information from the questionnaire so we can get started without wasting any time.  We then have a further four 90 minute webinar sessions where I will be giving you clear next steps and advice. In between the calls you’ll have access to support from me via email,  private portal so that you never feel alone whilst we are working together.  I always respond with in 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday to any questions so that you can get on with the tasks and it will feel like you have your very own Buying Director in your team!
